Our compassionate and skilled staff provide a comprehensive array of vision and eye health services. Services range from routine vision screenings and eye care to the diagnosis and treatment of complex and rare eye conditions.

OPHTHALMOLOGY
Miriam Kushner-Levy, MD
Dr. Miriam Kushner-Levy attended Barnard College of Columbia University, graduating with Honors in 1983. She obtained her medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha in 1987. Her Ophthalmology residency was at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and she completed her training with a fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL in Vitreo-Retinal diseases.
Dr. Kushner-Levy has over 20 years’ experience in Ophthalmology with a special interest in medical retinal diseases as well as comprehensive general ophthalmology and glaucoma. She is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, board certified and re-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Kushner-Levy resides in Westchester, NY with her three children and two dogs. She grew up in Monsey, NY and enjoys returning to Rockland County to serve her community and visit her father who still resides in her childhood home.

OPTOMETRY
Osnat Aykelin, OD
Oksana Aykelinchayev, OD graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York with high honors and earned her MS in Vision Science and Doctorate in Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. She has provided patient care with Davis Visionworks and LensCrafters as well as in private optometry settings using digital technology. She will be prescribing glasses and fitting contact lenses as needed as well as examining ocular health and co-managing eye disease alongside the ophthalmologist.
