Quality, affordable, comprehensive patient care is provided for all ages and all dental needs.
Pediatric dental treatment and disease prevention for children up to 14 years of age. Services provided include sealants, fluoride treatment, athletic mouth guards, fillings, and space maintainers.
Children should have a dentist appointment by their first birthday and twice yearly after that. Getting children comfortable at the dentist at an early age and establishing good oral habits ensures healthy habits for their teeth.
Adolescents and adults should be seen every six months for cleanings and examinations.

GENNADAY BENYAMINOV, DDS
Chief Dental Officer
Dr. Benyaminov’s extensive experience as a dental provider started in Russia. He received his DDS from the Medical Institute in Baku, Russia in 1967 and then completed his residency in Oral Surgery at the Institute of Advanced Training for Doctors in Russia in 1971. Before coming to the United States, in the mid 1990s. Dr. Benyaminov worked as a staff dentist at a city dental health clinic in Baku. While living in New England, Dr. Benyaminov worked for private practices performing family dentistry and surgery. He then added additional training to his education at the New York University College of Dentistry which he completed in 1998. In 2000, he moved to New York and has been with us ever since!

ELDAD MAZLUMI, DMD
Assistant Chief Dental Officer
Dr. Mazlumi started his academic career in Germany where he received his DMD ( Doctor in Medical Dentistry ) in 2009 from the University of Hamburg school of Dentistry. In 2010 he attended the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center & graduated from their accredited licensure program for international Dentists. In 2013 He went on to complete his residency program at the department of general Dentistry & Oral Surgery at the Westchester Medical Center and became board certified and licensed in 2015. Dr. Mazlumi is a Member of the American Dental Association and the Nassau Dental Society. CMADC is very excited to have him as a part of our team!

KEREN ETZION, DDS
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Keren Etzion obtained her DDS at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, a program known for its extensive focus on pediatrics and patients with special needs. She completed her specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University/New York-Presbyterian Hospital and a year later attained her board certification. Outside of the office, Dr. Etzion engages in dental volunteer work that has included outreach as far as Ethiopia, Dominican Republic, and Madagascar. She believes in a patient-centered and prevention-oriented philosophy of care. She especially loves helping anxious children learn to enjoy the dentist and approaches visits with warmth, empathy and, most importantly, fun.
ANDREA PUCCI, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Pucci has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University Dental School in 1993.
She works with patients of all ages: children, adolescents and adults, specifically those who suffer from dental anxiety. Dr. Pucci’s kind and gentle nature, helps put patients at ease.
She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the Association of Woman Dentists (AWDA).
Dr. Pucci is multi-lingual, making her accessible to patients of various backgrounds and cultures.

TAUSEEL KHAN, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Khan has been practicing general dentistry for over 20 years. He works with patients of all ages. He received his training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington, CT. Dr. Khan is an Attending Faculty Member of Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. He performs all general and restorative dentistry including molar root canals, endodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry. He speaks English, Hindi and Urdu. In his spare time, Dr. Khan enjoys all outdoor activities such as running, hiking and jogging. Dr. Khan believes that the mouth is the gatekeeper of our health. A healthy mouth is a healthy body.

VICTORIA ALEXANDER, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Victoria Alexander received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2015.
She completed her residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Center where she served as chief resident, perfecting all aspects of dentistry including: routine restorative treatment, prosthodontics, endodontics, simple extractions, periodontal therapy and treatment, TMJ therapy, sleep apnea appliance therapy and treatment planning.
Dr. Alexander went on to serve as a General Dentist in several private practices including Pediatric Dentistry of Paterson, NJ where she provided dental care to children of various age groups.
She holds dental licenses in both New York and New Jersey.
We are pleased to have Dr. Alexander as a member of the CMADC dental team.

MORIAH MILLER, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Moriah Miller attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and obtained her D.M.D. in 2019. She completed her residency in General Dentistry at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. Dr. Miller is trained in fixed and removable prosthetics, root canal therapy, pediatric dentistry, extractions, operative and cosmic dentistry, implant restorations and she is Invisalign certified.

PENINA SAFIER, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Penina Safier received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Touro College of Dental Medicine. She completed her residency at NY Medical College - Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow NY. She also completed an Externship at Westchester Institute for Human Development where she assisted in providing a full range of dental services to adults and children with special needs. Penina has conducted research in the area of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw, investigating best practices for managing patients at risk for and those who have developed MRONJ.
JOSEPHINE MENSAH, DMD
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Josephine Mensah received her DMD at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2009. She continued her residency in Pediatric Dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has eleven years of previous experience. She has been named by Hudson Valley Parent Magazine as one of their “Favorite Docs” in 2017 & 2019. She has given lectures on Pediatric Dentistry in various institutions in New York State and has published articles on her craft.
In her spare time, Dr. Mensah enjoys training for and participating in half marathons and has volunteered as and mentor and advisor for young dental students.

DENTAL HYGIENE TEAM
Jincy Abraham graduated from Bergen Community College in Paramus NJ in 2013. She has a BA from Montclair State University and holds licenses in both New Jersey and New York. Ms. Abraham Graduated with Honors and won an Award for Clinical Excellence. She is also Local Anesthesia Accredited. She sees patients of all ages from pediatrics to adults.

Nancy Perez Huynh Graduated from Hostos Community College in 2008 as a Dental Hygienist. After graduating, Nancy had an internship at Lincoln hospital as a Dental Hygienist. She has been working with us at CMADC since 2016.

MICHAEL MESSINA, RDH
A graduate of SUNY Orange in Middletown NY, Michael Messina obtained his Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013. He has since provided dental care to both children and adults. His skills include Oral Prophylaxis, Nutritional Counseling, Soft Tissue Management, Pain Management, and Scaling and Root Planning. Michael has served both pediatric and adult patients with various disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Autism with compassion, while providing an educational and fun experience. Michael delivers high-end personalized service for patients through quality care, individualized attention, and exceptional communication.
