Heather Cook, MD
Dr. Heather (Chana) Cook received her medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in 1994. Previously, she attended Columbia University’s post baccalaureate pre-med program, graduating in 1990. She completed her internship and residency at New York University’s Pediatrics Program in 1997. Her pediatrics experience includes DOCS Medical Practice of Yonkers, where she performed well child checkups, sick visits, acute and chronic asthma, and administered vaccines. She was also a general pediatrician at DOCS Medical Practice of the Bronx. Dr. Cook is affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical Center and has been with CMADC since 2015.
Michele Newmeyer, MD
Dr. Newmeyer completed her medical degree at Tel Aviv University, Sackler School of Medicine in 1996. Her Pediatric Residency was conducted at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY.
Dr. Newmeyer is a General Pediatrician and has been working in private practice in Rockland County since 1999. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Obesity Medicine
Muhammad Hasan, MD
Dr. Hasan obtained his degree from Osmani Medical College in Bangladesh in 1980.
He continued his training in the US, becoming Chief Resident and Attending physician at several NYC hospitals. He also served as Adjunct Lecturer at several PA programs. Dr. Hasan has since treated children in both a hospital and private practice setting. We are pleased to welcome him to CMADC!
Abby Kemp, CPNP
Abby Kemp completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Columbia University School of Nursing.
Some of her previous experience includes: Staff Nurse in the ED at Beth Israel Medican Center, Head Nurse at Booth Memorial in Queens, NY and Community Health Nurse at Nyack Hospital as well as treating children at private Pediatric offices.
Abby's warm and caring demeanor makes her a favorite provider of our Pediatric patients.
