The Support You Need

Ever wonder why you feel horrible after eating bread but not rice? Or why you feel like your insides are on fire when your plate is full of stressful life events? The Board-Ceritified Gastroenterologist on staff at CMADC can help you learn how to avoid certain foods, and what can keep your gut – and you – healthy.

Personalized Care and Guidance

Dr. James Israel is the longest-employed physician with CMADC, having joined us when our clinic opened in 1993. He completed his medical education at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 1970, his Residency at Maimonides Medical Center in 1973, and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1975. He continues to be one of our most popular physicians, due to his empathetic bedside manner and the time he takes with each patient.
