ג'יימס ישראל, מר

ד"ר ג'יימס ישראל הוא הרופא הוותיק ביותר ב- CMADC, לאחר שהצטרף אלינו עם פתיחת המרפאה שלנו בשנת 1993. את לימודיו הרפואיים סיים במרכז הרפואי SUNY Downstate בשנת 1970; שהה במרכז הרפואי של הרמב"ם בשנת 1973; ואת המלגה שלו בגסטרואנטרולוגיה במכללת אלברט איינשטיין לרפואה בשנת 1975. הוא ממשיך להיות אחד הרופאים הפופולאריים ביותר שלנו, בגלל אופיו האמתי שליד המיטה והזמן שהוא לוקח עם כל מטופל.

DEALTRE LOLO, MD

בהגיעו מהאיטי, שם השלים את לימודיו והכשרתו מהפקולטה לרפואה של אוניברסיטת האיטי בשנת 1991, נדד ד"ר לולו לארצות הברית ונכנס לתפקיד בבית החולים מטרופוליטן כאשפוז, וכיום הוא ממלא תפקידים. כעוזר פרופסור קליני לרפואה וכיו"ר הוועדה לבדיקת השימוש בבית החולים. ד"ר לולו הצטרף ל- CMADC בשנת 2007.

בריאן בליץ, PA-C

בריאן בליץ קיבל את הכשרתו לרפואה מאוניברסיטת לונג איילנד, בית החולים בברוקלין בשיתוף עם בית הספר לרפואה של דאונטסטייט. במשך מספר שנים הוא עבד במסגרת הקהילה, טיפול ראשוני ורפואה דחופה. בנוסף, בריאן הועסק מספר שנים במרכז הרפואי בית ישראל, בבית החולים ניו יורק למחלות מפרקים ובבית החולים התנהגותי בשכר, לפני שהצטרף ל- CMADC בשנת 2009. לבריאן בליץ ניסיון רב בפרסום רפואי וביוזמות חינוך רפואי מקצועי כולל עבודה עם חברות מקגרו-היל ו- CMP Media. הוא סגן נשיא לשעבר של החברה לעוזרי רופאים במדינת ניו יורק, פרופסור עוזר קליני נלווה בתכנית הרשות הפלסטינית באוניברסיטת לונג איילנד ועוזר רופא מוסמך ומוסמך מחדש.

LAWRENCE ROSS, MD

Dr. Lawrence Ross graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Yeshiva University in 1972. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and served as Chief Medical Resident at Jacobi & Einstein hospitals. Dr. Ross completed a fellowship in Nephrology and is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He has practiced and taught at Jacobi & Einstein hospitals from 1970 - 2020. He joined Monsey Health Center in 2020 and sees patients in the Adult Medicine Department.

AVIVA SCHUMAN, MD

Dr. Aviva Schuman completed her medical education at the Technion Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel in 2010. She then went on to complete her internal medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.

Dr. Schuman joined the CMADC team in 2023 and comes with 10 years of experience in adult primary care. She is knowledgeable in a range of subspecialties including: cardiology, neurology, women’s health, and behavioral health.

Dr. Schuman has an excellent bedside manner and is a compassionate doctor who strives to provide excellent medical care to all of her patients.

SCOTT SILVER, MD

Dr. Scott Silver received his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Silver has a subspecialty in Geriatric Medicine and provides care to Adults at Monsey Health Center. Dr. Silver has practiced as a hospitalist and Primary Care Physician in California prior to joining Monsey Health Center. His is affiliated with Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ

REBECCA BIRNBAUM, FNP-BC

Rebecca Birnbaum received her Masters of Science and Nursing at Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL. She is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, experienced in a range of sub-specialties such as cardiology, neurology, internal medicine and women’s health.

Her previous experience includes: Staff Registered Nurse at NorthShore University Health System in Evanston & Skokie, IL, FNP at R & W Medical Center in Chicago, IL and FNP at Midtown Reproductive Medicine in New York City.

Rebecca is compassionate and dependable with a strong desire to provide optimal medical care to her patients.

Rebecca joined the CMADC team of providers in 2023.

In addition to seeing Primary Caret patients in Adult Medicine, Rebecca also services patients in the OB/GYN department.

SARA BURNBAUM, NP

Sarah is Board Certified. She graduated from Dominican College with a master’s degree in advanced nursing, with a specialty in Family Nurse Practice. Sarah’s goal is always to care for patients of all cultures with respect and compassion; to maintain a level of health and well being that enhances the patient’s lives.

Sarah’s specialty is the intellectually and developmentally disabled population. Working closely with families, group homes and staff. Sarah’s work with her patients continues beyond the office visit. Personal care and devotion to patients is always the goal.

CASSANDRA FILCIDOR, NP

Cassandra Filcidor received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, IL. She is a compassionate Adult Nurse Practitioner demonstrating superior patient examination and care talents. Cassandra is a dedicated professional, known for assisting patients in-person as well as through telemedicine. She brings with her years of experience in diagnostic screenings, treatment planning and patient education.
