חנה קוק, MD
ד"ר חנה קוק קיבלה את התואר הרפואי בבית הספר לרפואה ע"ש סאקלר באוניברסיטת תל-אביב בשנת 1994. בעבר למדה בתכנית ללימודי טרום רפואה באוניברסיטת קולומביה, שסיימה את לימודיה בשנת 1990. היא סיימה את התמחותה ותושבתה בתכנית לרפואת ילדים באוניברסיטת ניו יורק. בשנת 1997. ניסיונה ברפואת ילדים כולל טיפולים רפואיים ב- DOCS של יונקרס, שם ביצעה בדיקות טובות של ילדים, ביקורי מחלה, אסטמה חריפה וכרונית וחיסונים. היא הייתה גם רופאת ילדים כללית בפרקטיקה הרפואית של DOCS בברונקס. ד"ר קוק קשור למרכז הרפואי של הר סיני ומנהל CMADC מאז 2015.
AVROHOM GURVITSCH, FNP-BC
Avrohom Gurvitsch is a Board Certified, experienced and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner. He obtained his FNP certification at SUNY Downstate with qualifications derived from a diverse medical background ranging from Paramedicine, to Registered Nurse, to Family Nurse Practitioner.
With an emphasis on Pediatrics, he is deeply committed to upholding high standards of care and advocating for patients and families. His skills extend to patient assessment, counseling, and health education. Accustomed to bustling clinical settings, Avrohom’s exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills will truly enhance the patient experience.
LAUREN BOURDEAU, FNP
Lauren Bourdeau, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background caring for patients across the lifespan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairfield University in 2006, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican University in 2011. Lauren’s experience spans pediatrics through geriatrics, including oncology and patients with acute and complex conditions. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at St. John Fisher University and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered care in the pediatric setting.
