Chana Cook, MD
Dr. Chana Cook received her medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in 1994. Previously she had attended Columbia University’s post baccalaureate pre-med program, which she graduated in 1990. She completed her internship and residency at New York University’s Pediatrics Program in 1997. Her pediatrics experience includes DOCS Medical Practice of Yonkers, where she performed well child checkups, sick visits, acute and chronic asthma, and administered vaccines. She was also a general pediatrician at DOCS Medical Practice of the Bronx. Dr. Cook is affiliated with Mount Sinai Medical Center and has been with CMADC since 2015.
Gerson Gluck, MD
After graduating from medical school at UTESA School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic in 1983, Dr. Gluck came back to the United States to complete his pediatric residency at the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in 1990, where he worked with inner-city families to help keep their children healthy. Once he completed his residency program, Dr. Gluck joined Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center as a Staff Physician in the Pediatric Emergency Room. He then moved on to a Staff Attending role at Middletown Community Health Center and joined CMADC in 1997. He is also currently a part-time attending physician at Nyack Hospital, and is affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Gluck is Board-Certified by the Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics. Languages Spoken: English, Spanish
Donald Rosenblum, MD, FAAP
Dr. Donald Rosenblum has 40 years of pediatrics experience. He embarked on his medical training at the Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He did his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, where he received his fellowship in Pediatrics. Dr. Rosenblum has spent the bulk of his medical career teaching medical residents and students. An Associate Member of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Dr. Rosenblum has a great interest in behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges. He was associated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Albany Medical Center, and the Family Practice Program (associated with the Westchester Medical Center). He has extensive experience in preemie care and all aspects of complicated newborn care. Dr. Rosenblum works in collaboration with the Project Ohr Department of Behavioral Health, located at Monsey Family Medical Center, to provide optimum care to children and adolescents. He wants to help children to be at their maximum in terms of success in school and in life.
Nesyah Shaesteh, PA-C
Nesyah Shaesteh, a Board Certified PA-C, graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. She gained significant experience in Urgent Care and Internal Medicine/Family Practice through her varied clinical experience and leadership roles in not-for-profit organizations. An accomplished writer, Nesyah co-authored “The Ultimate Guide to the Physician Assistant Profession: A Personal Mentoring Guide to Success,” a widely read collection of insights into day-to-day life as a Physician Assistant.
