Pediatric dental treatment and disease prevention for children up to 14 years of age, with special facilities for newborns and infants. Services provided include sealants, fluoride treatment, athletic mouth guards, fillings, and space maintainers.
Children should have a dentist appointment by their first birthday and twice yearly after that. Getting children comfortable at the dentist at an early age and establishing good oral habits ensures healthy habits for their teeth. Adolescents and adults should be seen every six months for cleanings and examinations.

Gennady Binyomonov, DDS
Dr. Benyaminov’s extensive experience as a dental provider started in Russia. He received his DDS from the Medical Institute in Baku, Russia in 1967 and then completed his residency in Oral Surgery at the Institute of Advanced Training for Doctors in Russia in 1971. Before coming to the United States, in the mid 1990s. Dr. Benyaminov worked as a staff dentist at a city dental health clinic in Baku. While living in New England, Dr. Benyaminov worked for private practices performing family dentistry and surgery. He then added additional training to his education at the New York University College of Dentistry which he completed in 1998. In 2000, he moved to New York and has been with us ever since! David Blass, DMD
Dr. David Blass has been in private practice since 1981 during which time he served on the faculty of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Blass completed his undergraduate studies at Yeshiva University in 1975 where he earned his B.A. cum laude. In 1979 he received his D.M.D. degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University Dental School and subsequently did a general practice residency at Englewood Hospital. In his commitment to continuing education, Dr. Blass earned a fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
Renee Gaska, DMD
Dr. Renee Gaska received her undergraduate degree from Vassar College in 1980, before graduating from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1986. She then went on to complete an Externship in Oral Surgery at the Veterans Administration of Philadelphia as well as a General Dentistry Externship at The Brookdale Hospital Center. Dr. Gaska has been practicing dentistry in New York since 1987 .
Nathan Griner, DDS
Dr. Nathan Griner graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1990. He has been practicing for 25 years, serving Far Rockaway, NY and the surrounding Five Towns. Dr. Griner comes to us with many years experience as a general dentist and specializes in root canal therapy.
Eldad Mazlumi DMD
Dr. Mazlumi started his academic career in Germany where he received his DMD ( Doctor in Medical Dentistry ) in 2009 from the University of Hamburg school of Dentistry. In 2010 he attended the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center & graduated from their accredited licensure program for international Dentists. In 2013 He went on to complete his residency program at the department of general Dentistry & Oral Surgery at the Westchester Medical Center and became board certified and licensed in 2015. Dr. Mazlumi is a Member of the American Dental Association and the Nassau Dental Society. CMADC is very excited to have him as a part of our team! Languages Spoken: English, German
Sigalit Pollack, DMD
After receiving her BS degree from Yeshiva University,Stern College for Women in 2005, Dr. Sigalit Pollack graduated from UMDNJ/Rutgers Dental School in 2009. She then went on to complete her Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Pollack is licensed to practice dentistry in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and has been an active member of the ADA since 2005. Languages Spoken: English, Hebrew

Jincy Abraham, RDH
Jincy Abraham graduated from Bergen Community College in Paramus NJ in 2013. She has a BA from Montclair State University and holds licenses in both New Jersey and New York. Ms. Abraham Graduated with Honors and won an Award for Clinical Excellence. She is also Local Anesthesia Accredited. She sees patients of all ages from pediatrics to adults. Nancy Perez Huynh, RDH
Nancy Perez Huynh Graduated from Hostos Community College in 2008 as a Dental Hygienist. After graduating, Nancy had an internship at Lincoln hospital as a Dental Hygienist. She had been working with us at CMADC since 2016. Languages Spoken: English and Spanish
Ismet Shala, RDH
Ismet Shala is a Doctor of Dental Surgery in his native Country Kosovo, and has been with CMADC since our inception. While still living in Kosovo, Ismet worked as a dentist in private practice with children and adults. Ismet completed his Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011 and was the recipient of several awards, including the Johnson & Johnson Award of Excellence. He currently also works with the CUNY Research Foundation. Ismet is experienced with all ages, from children through seniors. Peter Shimmel, RDH
Peter Shimmel graduated from Bergen Community College in 2016 as a Dental Hygienist and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. He has experience with patients of all ages, from children through seniors. Peter joined CMADC after his graduation from BCC. In 2009, Peter received his EMT certification. He has been working for Medical Transportation Services since then and currently also works as an EMT for Aero Ambulance Service.
Mina Zandkarimi, RDH
Ms. Zandkarimi graduated from Bergen Community College in 2004 as a Dental Hygienist, where she received awards for her academic excellence. In 2006, she was awarded her certification to administer local anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide (also called “laughing gas”) by SUNY’s Stony Brook University. Ms. Zandkarimi is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association. Languages Spoken:English and Farsi
